During my 10 day trip to the US last month to attend the Golf Industry Show (GIS) in San Diego, I was lucky enough to visit two world-famous golf courses.

The first one was the Olympic Club in San Francisco, a private members’ club and a previous host of the several U.S Opens and the future host of the 2028 US PGA and the 2032 Ryder Cup.

The second club was Cypress Point Club designed by renown course designer Alister Makenzie and located on the world-famous 17 Mile Drive at Pebble Beach. This course is currently ranked number 4 in the world.
