Education Day at Allan Border Field 6th February 2024

The GCSAQ and STAQ Committees are pleased to announce that we will be holding an Education Day at Allan Border Field followed by a bbq lunch on Tuesday 6^th February 2024.

This event is FREE for all current GCSAQ and STAQ members.

Allan Border Field Reconstruction Manager, Trent Hobson (Twin View Turf) will provide a tour of the facility and discuss construction of the facility, giving insight into the drainage profile, materials used and specifications met with the project

Matt Holmes from Adama will present on ERI disease control chemical application and the importance of chemical placement, nozzle choice, application volumes, water-in timing and understanding infiltration rates.

Peter Kirby from Indigo will present on ERI and the results of current ERI research in SE Queensland.

Time: 9:30 for a 10:00am start
Location: Alan Border Field, 103 Crosby Road, Albion QLD. 
Lunch: A BBQ lunch will follow the sessions at the ground
